Well, if you want a shitty service attitude, you are at the right place. Came to collect my lenses. Greeted the two shop attendants once I entered the shop, but you know what, it was as if they didn’t speak at all. When they do, you get a feeling that they are so reluctant to take your business. Fortunately there’s more than one optical shop in Singapore.

Came in at noon, there were 2 service staff with one attending to a couple (the only other customer in the shop). The lady asked what I was looking for, I mentioned contact lens and the male service staff looked up and said without missing a beat "can you come back in 20 mins.". End of conversation. No explanation why but could see at least it was with a smile behind the mask (else it would be a one star). I came in alone, limping and in clutches, so not sure where he thought I could go for the next 20 mins. Any quick polite explanation would have been nice, e.g. the optometrist is busy or we need to do a full eye screening first or even we are closed for lunch. Cold, unwelcoming, never coming back.
