Really poor service. Bought a wrong product through her recommandation, and refused to refund. Her poor product knowledge is pathetic, but her poor customer service really takes the cake. I don't understand why she still has a job, especially when Japanese are known for their high standards. Shocking.

Me and my colleague had very bad experiences yesterday. The lady who is worked around 4pm yesterday had a very bad attitude. As a salesperson, she doesn't even know the most basic manners. She is so horrible.

A million thanks to Ms Faye Lee for giving me good advise on maintenance of hair. I was experiencing dry & itchy scalp & she recommended Rausch shampoo & Rausch Rinse conditioner to me. I cannot thank Ms Faye enough as my hair is now truly soft, tangle-free & best of all, no itchy scalp!! Thank you Ms Faye, you’re awesome! My wife and I were down with diarrhea when we were in Singapore for a short trip. We went to this pharmacy for help. Thankfully, the male pharmacist was extremely helpful to us. We took the products recommended by him and our stomach symptoms disappeared by that evening. Wonderful experience!

A pharmacy is about its products. And they sell a good sampling similar to what is seen in Tokyo. The staff is quite blur though as they are not well versed with the product and cannot locate the item I showed even though a similar one was on the shelf.

I did not believe the other review. Yet, when I walked in there was a lady who totally ignored me and continued doing her paper work while I was waiting in front of her. So I left not buying anything.

Very bad attitude from a malay staff there. Service standard appalling. Is she not happy working there?? Pls have her work back of house if she's never gonna up her service attitude!

Easiest access at the Orchard Rd and Orchard Link entrance. Take the escalators or elevators DOWN to B2. Get off elevators and turn right

While I was browsing through the shop there's an older sales lady blocking the aisle showing a severely unfriendly face. Left immediately.
