Keshy went far and beyond what customer service meant to be. She correctly and proactively pointed out what each product was supposed to work and also encouraged on more purchases to get freebies. She even calculated and wrote all the breakdown of the items for my friend so that it’s easier for me to collect money from her! In all great service!

Having been a customer of 25 years since my teenage years, I can attest to the reliability of the products. The quality of products is excellent and they have helped me resolve my sensitive skin problems for a long while. There’s also never any hard selling when I visit the shop. Thankful to Dr Ong and her team for creating this sincere local brand that is worth investing in for good and clear skin and a youthful appearance! 💕
