Good quick outlet to buy cap. They have good variety and most club branded caps. The staff is helpful as well if you are buying for someone else as gifts. They also offer one week replacement policy.

Just came back from the store. Came over to buy a cap as a gift for my brother. Was struggling wth the cap size as it is the first time buying him a new era cap that is not adjustable so i needed the head size. So i ask zack to assist me. So he help me up with the sizing. He even recommended me what is the best size accordingly. Not all heroes wear capes. Highly recommended. 👍🏻

Faris was extremely polite and helpful. The cap I was looking for was not available so he offered to help track the availability of the stocks to the only other store that carried it in-store. He was patient and professional throughout despite the hassle. Two-thumbs up for Faris, truly a great ambassador of your store and brand!

I was in New Era's outlet @ Wisma last week to re-learn how to repack their tote bag that I bought elsewhere. I was impressed with the awesome service accorded to me by Aleeya. Her smiles were truly "contagious". Keep up the good work.
