I tried many brands in the mall before stepping into the NB store. The salesperson there is just too good in his service, explanation and very very patient ! I bought a pair of running shoes! Hope it lasts longer !

Your staff, Christine was very pleasant and cheerful. She was also very helpful in resolving the issue regarding the price of the shoes I had paid. I did not expect it. She has gone above and beyond in customer service. I really appreciate her excellent customer service. She is a gem! Thank you Christine.

We visited the store a week ago. A Malay guy staff who served us here was attentive and proactive. He brought out the size before we request! He had good knowledge and offered recommendations. I find that they have wider range of Made in UK and US models here. But I wished they could had more colours in store as some colours were only available online . Bought 2 pairs of shoes in the end. Will revisit again.

female over the counter and tall male staffs are more interested in talking among themselves, rather then attending to customers. Very unwelcoming and arrogant staffs.
