I had such a great experience at the NARS counter in Takashimaya thanks to the wonderful sales lady Zoey who assisted me. She was incredibly friendly, patient, and genuinely knowledgeable about the products. She took the time to understand what I needed, recommended shades that suited me perfectly, and never made me feel rushed or pressured.
Her professionalism and warm personality really made my visit enjoyable. I left with products I truly love and feel confident using. Excellent service — I’ll definitely be back!

My sister and I visited the NARS store in Takashimaya on Black Friday and had a great experience despite the crowd at the store!! We were assisted by Andrea who was super sweet, patient and helpful. She helped us with our shade match and shared with us tips and tricks with application. She also introduced us to other products by NARS. She helped us try the foundation shade on our faces and helped us complete the look thereafter so we didn’t leave the store with incomplete and unfinished makeup. We really appreciate the time and effort she spent with us.
At the end of it, we left with some great products perfectly matched to our skin and the confidence to use it. Amazing service overall, we will definitely be back! 😊

Camilla at Taka branch was very nice the minute I stepped into the store.
It was my first visit and she immediately approached me politely when I entered, with no hard selling the entire time.
I am impressed with her attentive service, great attitude and personalized truthful recommendations.

I had the best experience at this store. As a newbie to makeup and everything, camilla who was working at the store, was so kind with helping me pick out the perfect lip colour, and even with how to pick the right foundation and concealer. Was such a great shopping experience thanks to camilla:)

I visited the store on Sunday to pick up some samples I had registered for, and also asked if I could be shade-matched for a foundation. The staff member who assisted me (a short-haired Chinese lady) appeared displeased with my request from the start. During the shade-matching process, I attempted to strike up a conversation, but she seemed visibly annoyed, which made me feel very uncomfortable.
Despite this, she still asked if I would be purchasing a foundation today. Honestly, a purchase depends very much on the service and attitude provided, and in this case, I felt unwelcome—as if I was disrupting her peace and time rather than being treated as a valued customer.
This left me with such a negative impression that I would rather spend my money elsewhere than in this store.
