[ORCHARD, SINGAPORE] @namnamnoodlebar has always been quite a staple for Vietnamese food in the town area, and I'm glad to announce that they have come up with new dishes to feed the crowd 😍
The Beef Steak & Eggs 🥩 ($15.90) is a Vietnamese rendition of the western dish, and I must say I prefer this more. There's nothing like crispy fluffy banh mi, dipped in egg yolk and a savoury braise sauce, paired with tender slices of beef. This was very comforting, with loads of flavour coming from the mushrooms and onions!
For a more "green" option, the Lemongrass-Chilli Shaking Chicken Vermicelli 🥗 ($15.90) may be a dish people would go for, and I can understand why! You can control the salt levels with the amount of sauce you put, and this has loads of fresh flavours to make you want more. Chicken cubes were tender too!
There is a new salad addition too; the Rice Paper Salad 🥗 ($14.50) is very interesting, as it's raw rice paper with vegetables and cuttlefish! Unfortunately, this is not something I might go for, as it was quite tough & chewy 😂 a beer bite for some people maybe?
As for drinks, the new Golden Zest Cold Brew ($7.50) was really refreshing! I like how the orange juice and coffee complemented well, with some sweetness coming from the honey cream too.
This is a good option for work or no-frills lunch if you are nearby! 😋 Thank you @namnamnoodlebar for the invite!

Nam Nam Orchard is my go‑to whenever I’m in the area. The coffee is consistently excellent; rich, aromatic, and the perfect energizer. Their banh mi is just as impressive: crisp baguette, fresh herbs, and fillings that are both flavorful and satisfying. Together, the coffee and banh mi make an unbeatable combo.
Service is quick, the atmosphere is casual yet welcoming, and everything feels thoughtfully prepared. Orchard has plenty of dining options, but Nam Nam stands out as a reliable favourite. Highly recommended!

Heard of NamNam Vietnamese restaurant at Wheelock place , Orchard Rd ,Spore? love n recommend their spicy bun BOH huei( quite spicy broth with Vietnamese beehoon, beef slices, beef tendons, beef n pork meat balls ) lime to squeeze n mix.- good yummy taste .$16 per bowl - quite a big portion. For small eaters - 2 person can share. their ice Vietnamese black coffee is frothy n fragrant - good taste
Their pho kway teow- I find too thick n not so nice n I Hve stopped eating them from tis place
Good to go after 2pm - not so crowded

average at best.
It does taste like Vietnamese local cuisine, just that there are other places locally that serve better.
Might satisfy most with craving for Viet food.
Just that if I had a choice, I’d go some where else.

I ordered pho with beef slices and balls, everything was okay. I went to collect my food, and Samanta, who seemed to be on break, took the time to give us some advice. She told us we can take refills of soup for free if we needed more. I never knew that actually! She even complimented me and my friend which made me blush and feel happy. When we're eating, she came by and asked if I wanted more soup which I said yes, she helped me grab a bowl and poured it for me. I really love her effortless service and kindness that doesn't seem as though it's obligatory. My friend and I were very content by our experience! Would come again to be served by her 😊🩷 Thank you Samanta

Literally one of the best pho I’ve tried in Singapore. The flavor is great, and the amount of herbs is just right. The staff are also very friendly, making this my go-to option for lunch.

Although this place has been popular for a long time, it is my first time eating at this branch. Happy to say that the food does not disappoint.
My friend and I order beef pho & fried spring roll. They are delicious 👍🏻
Pricing is reasonable at such a Central Area, portion of food is also good.

Despite the restaurant being relatively empty, I was not provided with a menu upon being seated. Even after ordering, my selected dish — beef soup with meatballs — was forgotten. The manager on duty acknowledged this oversight, but it left a negative impression nonetheless as I am a loyal fan of Nam Nam.
Given Nam Nam’s reputation and the otherwise pleasant atmosphere, I was surprised by the lack of attentiveness and coordination among the service team during my visit.

Nam Nam is the place in Singapore where you should go if you crave for authentic Vietnamese food. Every visit feels like a warm embrace—the cosy atmosphere and the incredible dishes that never fail to impress.
I've been a regular here, and each time I leave, I find myself already looking forward to my next visit! Their **Beef Pho** is a comforting bowl of perfection, rich and flavorful with a beautifully balanced broth. The **Caramelised 5-Spice Pork Sandwich** is a must-try—sweet, savory, and packed with mouthwatering goodness. And the **Southern Rolls with Pork and Prawn in Peanut Sauce**? Absolute heaven! Fresh, vibrant, and paired with a sauce that ties everything together seamlessly.
If you're looking for a place that serves **true** Vietnamese flavors with remarkable consistency, Nam Nam is the spot.
