Taste normal. It’s all self service and an eat and go place.

Bad service, female staff (23 Aug afternoon/ evening period) here are very rude. They chase customers away and glare / question you when you buy only drinks. I don’t get what’s the issue? Buy drinks only means we are not customers ? Please improve on all of your staff’s manners here, if not change staff.

Terrible service, female staff working here on 23 Aug, 5pm timing was very very rude. Chasing and staring at us just coz we only buy drinks. Please train her better.

The lady staff (photo attached here) here is so rude and she warned me that i cannot order drink only. She said I MUST order food and drink together in order to sit here. The best part was, i just putting my thing on the stool and have not walk to the counter to order and she straight away warned me that from counter. This is so ridiculous.

Really please with the services, Ngee Ann city. Ella was helpful, & provided good customer experiences, esp to senior citizens. Example: her advice to use leftover kampong chicken to boil porridge, & engaged customers.
