Sep'25. I had a lovely experience! The food was delicious, and the service was attentive and friendly. I visited around 11 AM and noticed there were plenty of empty seats, which made for a relaxed atmosphere.

I rarely leave bad reviews, but this one deserves to be called out. The service at this food outlet is absolutely terrible. The staff were inattentive and unfriendly, and the experience was completely ruined by one particular Vietnamese girl working there — rude, dismissive, and with zero interest in customer service. When we tried to ask a simple question about the menu, she acted as if we were a nuisance. No greeting, no smile, just pure attitude. It’s shocking how someone like that ends up in a front-facing role. Food might be decent (if you can get it without being treated like a burden), but trust me — the poor service will leave a bad taste in your mouth. I won’t be coming back, and I wouldn’t recommend this place to anyone who values basic respect.

Worst service experience encountered in Singapore. The younger male staff basically represents the worst a service attitude can achieve. Slam bowls, shout at customers and menacing stare.. either he’s the boss or out to destroy the business. I hope Malaysia Boleh will do something about this as it’s definitely affecting the food court business as well.

Where is the consistency? Where is the QC? I ordered mee hoon kuay this evening. The serving was pathetic. The soup covered the mee hoon kuay, no sight of the kuay means very little of the kuay and with 2 slices of pork, maybe 2-3 ikan bills, and 2-3 mushrooms, no shallots given. I went back to the stall and showed the lady boss about the 2 slices of pork. I asked her is the serving correct-2 slices a pork for each bowl? Is this what i am supposed to get? Without hesitation, she quickly cooked few slices of pork to compensate the shortage.

Swift service, I can recommend the pau. I had the Big Pau, the outer is light and not too thick; the filling is meaty and not at all greasy. Takeaway seems popular, so expect Q.

sometimes whatever other people see, you would never have a clue. on the other hand you experienced the opposite end. where should i start. perhaps the first impression of all. it is the broth, pork bones soup from pork noodle soup. if you have a primitive tongue that prefer espresso over latte. love pork over chicken. enjoy spicy and hot. include this noodle soup with chilli soy sauce in your favorable one. all food are cheaper and greater than you find under orchard. they hire senior citizens to work here. some say it is unpleasant seeing old people work. those working elders are probably unlucky. But they are fortunate enough to be able to work, make money, taking care of themselves and not being in hospital or miserable in somewhere. I saw they were wholeheartedly doing at their best. it seems people who come here are regular customers because it is located in the corners tourists overlook. Note: I find people who speak mandarin are more sincere in their services than the cantonese one. after all this is to support local communities.

I experienced the most rudest behaviour of your female vendor with short hair at the start of my day for breakfast. I was trying to order koka noodles and immediately she answered in a very extremely rude tone huh. Please educate your staff to be not aggressive to customers. Future customers stay away from this place unless you want to start your day bad with an extremely aggressive service. Will totally not recommend.

Consistently good since I started eating from NK in Turf City. What I would like to commend is the service. The lady cashier & male cook served with a smile, very friendly towards us & other customers during taking orders. Made having a meal here pleasantly enjoyable :) If only the leftover bowls on the tables were cleared faster, I would have given 5-stars.
