Can only say this is the worse manicure place I ever visited.
Did a mani and pedi gel. To do extension is additional $68. Got a rip off. Outside is $80 nett for extension with gel colour.
During the extension, the staff asked me to hold the LED stick and shine on my extension 🤣 this is really a first time for me.
After it was done, while buffing the extension came off, another jaw dropping moment 😂 then the manager have to come and redo it for me. After service it was very hard selling of their package too. I was quite persistent in not getting any package and they are quite persistent in selling me one lol.
Really damn lucky i didn’t purchase any package because i did my nails on 18 Dec and on the 3rd day only the gel came off abit!! I have to travel back to redo it on the 21 Dec. On 25 Dec the thumbs extension came off! I told them about it and they told me to redo must top up money. Really, save it! If your after sale service is so bad, cannot expect returning customer. That is why they use cheap promo to entice you to go try and upsell you from there so you have no choice because you probably are tied with a package.
Then I realised they are under Donna, worse.

At first I was okay with it, but the more I think about it, the more upset I am.
the manicure itself is ok. I'm not sure who my manucurist was but she was very gentle and accurate in the application of the gel. it feels secure, smooth and there is no runoff. thickness is ok. however, I have qualms about the application.
I will start by saying there was no hard-selling to me. my concerns were not about that and I did pay the exact, advertised nett price. additionally, I'm grateful to the manucurist for showing me different gel colours to figure out which colour I wanted and which would suit the design I wanted the best.
here are my concerns:
firstly, a while after I left, I looked at my nails and noticed some LINT inside the gel as seen in the photos. I'm so disappointed because the gel is quite see-through and honestly, I'm not sure how the manucurist could miss it when she's applying the gel, and spending minutes on arranging and curing the cateye. It really doesn't make sense.
secondly, I find it weird that only one layer of the gel colour was applied. even though the cateye is visible, my nail bed is also visible. I feel that for a cateye design, isn't it important to cover the nail line? but there was no pink or neutral base coat to make the base nicer.
thirdly, the previous issue make it OBVIOUS that my previous nail polish was not removed properly! you can still see specks of my precious dark nail polish, which are visible because the gel colour is so thin and transparent... I'm unhappy with the result.
additionally, my nails were not even shaped into the same curvature.
It would have been a perfect manicure if these things were taken into consideration and the little details were noticed.

Went for their unlimited design promo gel manicure and I’m really satisfied! Kim is my assigned manicurist and I requested an ocean-inspired design with studs, and the manicurist managed to replicate it almost 90% true to what I wanted. She was very efficient yet still delivered great quality. Loving the results! Highly recommend 😊

Kim was my nail tech and she’s an talented bro she js looked at the pics I sent her and started cooking there was like no hassle at all
Also she was super fast and friendly and patient so I felt rlly comfortable throughout while she worked her magic
below was the reference pic and what she came up with! the blue isn’t that obvious but it’s a pretty good replica considering I didn’t get extensions or had long nails!

I recently visited Nailz Haus @ Mandarin Gallery for a classic pedicure and was quite disappointed with the service. Despite having a reservation, the receptionist informed me that the manicurist would advise me on the cost. When she arrived, she brought a calculator and added extra services like a foot scrub and antibacterial treatment that I did not request. This was confusing and felt unprofessional.
After the pedicure was done, while I was drying my toenails, both the receptionist and the manicureist cornered me and pressured me to purchase a 12-month package at a discounted price. I felt very uncomfortable and obliged by their aggressive sales tactics. When I expressed interest in a shorter 6-month plan, the manicureist reacted negatively and raised her voice, which was extremely off-putting.
Overall, while the actual pedicure was fine, the experience was overshadowed by the uncomfortable and pushy sales tactics. I won’t be returning.

Did express gel manicure + light overlay. Kim is very gentle and attentive. Added thicker overlay to help with my thin/ brittle nails. 2nd time visit here and it’s always good. Recommend!

Made an appointment as there was a promotion & was partly expecting some hardsell tactics. Very pleasantly surprised to be met with meticulous staff & 0 hardsell tactics.
Did a classic gel manicure w hard gel overlay & classic gel pedicure. Ivanka & a young bespectacled lady were very accommodating to my requests & were attentive to even small details. Very pleased with service & nails.

Did my nails 3 weeks ago - was my first time getting French tips but Christy was kind and patient. Love how they turned out, they look sophisticated and have held up pretty well. Christy and I chatted about shopping and fashion, she was well-spoken and made it so comfortable to talk to her. Thank you so much!
