Very disappointing experience. I had 3 staff doing my hands and feet at the same time which made it feel very rushed and not relaxing. There was far too much attempted upselling - I understand the business model but I was pressured excessively to purchase more treatments throughout the service - spa treatment, massage, nail repair, pedicure - to the point that it became awkward and unpleasant. I was not told that the type of gel that I wanted cost an extra $38x2 (hands and feet) until they had already started applying it. Most of the application was good however on one hand the nails at the end were dented and on the other they were not properly applied to the ends of the nails. I contacted them by WhatsApp and was offered a $10 refund. As the total charge was well over $200 I think this was a terrible attempt at consolation. I will never go to any branch of Nail Palace again and I really would NOT recommend this salon.

Nicole and Yippy are very friendly and passionate manicurists who makes me feel at ease. They did the nails meticulously and had really good attitude. Both of them answered my questions patiently and treated their work responsibly. Besides they worked with high efficiency. They have excellent work attitude. Highly recommended!!!

I go to different manicure and pedicure places to try their services. Mine is just a basic mani and pedi and I don’t like gel or nail polish. I just like to keep my nails clean and cuticles trimmed. I check out the expertise and hygiene standards of the places I visit. Nail Palace does a great job by far! Lublin does an excellent mani and pedi!✌🏼They are very professional though they like all the other places do a hard sale of their packages. I just don’t believe in tying up $300-$1000 in packages anywhere. Life is too short!🥳

Very disappointed. Prior to booking the appointment, i sent them the design i wanted which i also state that i wanted it to be done with an airbrush machine. They assured me that it is doable. To my surprise, when doing the design, they didnt use an airbrush machine. As a matter of fact, they dont have one. The nails didnt come out to what i wanted.
I would have chosen another design if they told me they couldnt execute with the machine. Extremely disappointed.

Lubin was amazing! paid such good attention to detail. She was so patient and helped me find the perfect colours for the design i wanted. All hand painted 🥰. Will absolutely come again just for her service and talent 😍

We had a very disappointing experience at Nail Palace.
My mother, sister, and I had manicure and pedicure appointments booked well in advance. My mother also holds a $2,000 package with the salon. Despite our confirmed 11:00 AM slot, we started receiving messages just five minutes before the appointment, urging us to “come quickly” because they had another client booked at 12:00 PM. This was both unreasonable and illogical — three people with two services each cannot possibly be completed in one hour. If the salon could not accommodate the full services, that should have been made clear at the time of booking, not minutes before.
When we arrived, the front desk staff (apparently the manager) was dismissive and unprofessional. Instead of addressing our concern, she began rushing and physically ushering my mother inside without clarifying whether both services could be completed. When we asked her to stop and explain, she laughed. The interaction left us feeling unwelcome — as though they were doing us a favor by providing a service we had already booked and paid for. Whether this stemmed from bias or simply a lack of respect, it was unacceptable either way.
Once seated, the pedicure itself felt rushed and careless. My gel polish was filed off directly, without a proper soak-off. When I asked about it, I was met with a condescending question: “Are you doing gel for the first time?” I’ve been getting gel, dip, and gel extensions for nearly a decade, so the dismissive tone and disregard for proper technique were extremely disappointing.
When we were leaving, my mother asked for a refund on her package, explaining that she wouldn’t return after such an experience. The same woman not only refused but made faces at her instead of handling the situation professionally.
What makes this even more frustrating is the inconsistency. When it comes to selling packages, the staff are overly eager and persistent. They upsell like their life depends on it. But when it comes to delivering on those commitments, the professionalism and courtesy seem to disappear entirely.
For a salon that markets itself as “premium,” the lack of organization, accountability, and basic respect for customers was unacceptable. I would strongly advise others to reconsider before purchasing a package or booking services here.

Great time at this nail salon. Was rushing and decided to squeeze in a nail. Service staff Lubin was knowledgeable and explained carefully the packages that were available and not come across as pressurising. Highly recommended.
