Bought a pair of earrings less than a week ago. Not allowed to try, of course, so I only realised one earring was not closing properly when I tried it on. Brought it back to the shop and they took more than half an hour texting to and fro the "boss". They asked me for proof of purchase and I was able to generate evidence of the purchase on my credit card statement with N cats and the price shown which a staff member took a photo of and sent to her "boss." As the to and fro texting was taking too long, I left my number with the staff member and the earrings and asked them to call me when they had found a solution. Soon after the "boss" called me. He said I had never made a purchase from then and there are "cctv footages to prove that"?? I said it was impossible, as I had never bought anything from them before and on that day, there was only one purchase which was the pair of earrings, and my credit card statement to prove that. He insisted there was no such purchase and that he would make a police report about it! I said it was ridiculous, and asked how he could explain the credit card evidence of purchase with the details. He could not explain that but insisted I meet him to see the footages like I was some criminal and prove to me that I did not make any purchase from them! And he maintained that even after meeting it was only to "prove" I did not make a purchase and no exchange or refund would be made because they insisted the earrings were not bought from them! He insisted that he could only be there in at least an hour and I said if it was not going to lead to anything fruitful then there was really no point for me to sacrifice my time just for a useless meeting and I would just forfeit the $18.80 purchase. At that point he said, "next time, don't do this again!" and hung up on me! I was shocked that he was so rude and apparently the overall "big boss" of N Cats. This is the first time I have bought something, been told I never bought it even though there was credit card proof and accused of stealing!!! Who on earth would be so stupid to steal and return to the shop they stole from to ask for repairs or refund. And such baseless accusations from the boss himself. Their earrings may look nice, but if anything is spoilt, no matter the cost, the aftersales service is horrible and you get accused of stealing and they will deny even with paper proof you bought anything from them. Never ever ever again. Would rate 0 stars if I could.

Your usual accessories shop though on the pricier side. Located at ion orchard link. Pretty crowded.
Worth a visit but honestly didn't really find it special as compared to other accessories stores.

One of the sales person there is tactless and extremely unfriendly. She stopped me very rudely as I was about to try on an earring and demanded that I have to hand it over to her immediately, she then abruptly took it away, denying me the pleasure of looking at it all together while I was still in the process of selection. Worst of all, it didn’t dawn on her that I was going to buy it since I was interested enough to want to try it.
If this shop doesn’t allow trying, there is no harm for her to say it nicely, I see no reason why she has to be so rude.

Your staff very rude & give me angry face & raise her voice.. No wonder the review of this outlet on 2.2..your items are pricing for I still come back several time to buy... Previously a slim young staff was nice & friendly but this one zero customer service.. Behave like I owe her $$$... I was paying & saw a orange gadget, look like a fraser point machine, so i simply asked her.. Is this fraser machine, she raise her eyebrows & raise her voice... WAT YOU WANT!!! 😲 then i explained why I asked coz if $10 spend at fraser can get point.. SHE say this to me.. YOU BUY OR NOT BUYING, ASKED SO MUCH... I DUN KNOW WAT YOU TALK ABT... I say her her, if you dun know.. Just say dun know... Is a small matter no need to raise your voice & questioned me... Instead of apologise.. She say you not buying, i busy & she was about to walk away.. I told her, I pay cost I like the item.. So she look away, i was mad with her behaviour & i give her wat a customer deserve to be serve politely.. By place my card loudly on the table... She shouted at me & say not happy dun buy..... Think your shop need a more polite, patient & friendly staff..this outlet is in a tourist area... She need to go, no customer will torlent her behaviour.

Sales lady in orchard so rude. Looks like she’a not happy on what she’s doing. I’m still checking the bag and she just get it so offensively without even asking me if I’m done with it.
