Went here because I was experiencing pain in my knees on the bike. After assessing my condition, Matt recommended a pair of custom 3D printed insoles which arrived just in time for my competition. They fit perfectly and I finally saw good balance between my L/R power transfer on my powermeter!

Had the pleasure of being treated by Paul Macaulay recently after months of heel pain and plantar fasciitis. After only 2 sessions it has completely disappeared. Paul was fantastic with his diagnosis and prescription for improvement. It wasn’t one particular treatment that had the desired effect but rather the multi faceted approach. Advice on strapping the area, exercise regimen, footwear recommendations and even altered my existing insoles. This all helped tremendously. Many thanks.

Paul was great, very friendly and relaxed, put me at ease and explained the procedures very clearly. His knowledge of how to treat and the time it would take to see results was spot on! After 5 monthly treatments my feet were clear - prior to that I’d had the problem for 7+ years!
