The physician is a knowledgeable, patient and caring lady who attends to my needs meticulously. I had stomach issues and she prescribed medicine with clear explanations on the rationale of the choices of herbs. Clinic caters a clean and cosy experience. Clinic assistant is also warm and kind. Fees are reasonably charged too. Overall, a good experience, highly recommended!

Great acupuncture here, very experienced and I feel totally safe and comfortable. I came here to fix my left hip and limb from Sports discomfort that I have had for half a year thinking it’s sciatica went so bad. With one acupuncture session, immediate relief and so I came back for the second time to close off. I will return for tuina (also good! And skillful). Highly recommended.

Through recommendation, I recently visited My First TCM Clinic. The clinic was clean and well-maintained, and the staff was friendly and accommodating. Most importantly, the physician took the time to listen to my concerns and thoroughly explained her approach to treatment. Immediately after the acupuncture, I felt relaxed and at the same time very sleepy. In fact, the following days I was able to sleep very well. Together with the Chinese medicine, I felt my energy levels increased tremendously and good overall health. I am grateful to my friend who has recommended me to My First TCM Clinic.

My experience at the clinic with Ms. Ng was exceptional. For someone who is struggling with sensitive respiratory and sinus issues, I sought relief through her recommended acupunctures and Chinese medication approach, and I’m delighted to secure progressive recovery after a while. had an injury on my hand, and Dr. [Name] helped me recover quickly. Without her treatment, I would probably have had to queue at A&E for hours. She is very passionate and caring, and the clinic environment is also super clean and comfortable. Highly recommended:)
