She is not just your usual sales lady — she genuinely cares about her customers and goes above and beyond to help. What really impressed me was how honest and thoughtful she was in giving her opinions. She told me frankly which glasses didn’t suit my face and patiently helped me find the perfect pair that truly complemented me. Her service is nothing short of excellence. You can tell she works from the heart — not just for commission or salary, but because she truly wants her customers to leave happy and confident. If you’re shopping at Muut Cathay, you absolutely must look for Jacintha. She’s a gem of a staff member who makes the whole experience warm, personal, and memorable. Highly recommended!👍

Jac was very helpful and patient in making sure my prescription was accurate and comfortable :) Although the frames I wanted were sold out, I was able to preorder and collected my glasses within a week. Shoutout to Joseph as well for being really friendly!
