Always a pleasure to spend some therapeutic time here. The warm and welcoming gestures from SuTing and her team makes it a memorable experience everytime. Nice to spend some time hanging out and catch up with them after a long while.

Classic LVMH service (aka superbly transactional). Was quick to greet me at the door and equally quick to pounce on a new customer when they realised they do not have what I wanted. Not exactly rude but not exactly tasteful either. Pity, cuz their bags are just gorgeous.
