Wow! Incredible customer service! I recently received a stroller, but after setting it up, there were a couple of lingering issues I could not resolve on my own. At the store, Jen and Vina were happy to diagnose and correct the problem. Thank you very much for your incredible customer support! I look forward to being back in the future.☺️

Had an amazing experience with Jennifer today. Went to take a look at baby carriers and Jennifer patiently and enthusiastically explained to us how to wear the carrier + the diff carriers. Really helpful for first time parents like us! While we were not ready to buy yet, we are really very grateful and impressed by Jennifer’s service!
