Rarely give reviews for facials , but this was exceptional. Yvonne did an excellent job removing years worth of black heads, white heads and all sorts of dirt off my face, without breaking skin or bleeding. Excellent experience and would highly recommmed !

I booked a Hydrafacial trial and was advised the session would last around 90 minutes including consultation. However, the actual treatment lasted only about 15 minutes. I was also asked a few times if I wanted to pay extra (3x the trial price) for additional services - including halfway through the treatment, right after the cleanse - which interrupted the experience.
I completely understand that this was a trial, but I’ve had quite different experiences at other clinics where the trial still offered a more complete session to showcase the treatment. While the staff were polite, the appointment felt rushed and focused more on upsell/upgrades than on giving a full first-time experience. Unfortunately, it didn’t leave me confident to return and I wouldn’t reccomend a trial.

Had a great experience getting laser hair removal with Lucy - she worked with great attention to detail, checked in often to make sure I was doing okay and is warm & friendly.
The treatment itself was quick and comfortable. Highly recommended! :)

I met Mei Keng, who conducted a skin analysis as a first step which was very helpful to understand the needs of my skin. Then the type of facial service was picked based on the analysis. Mei Keng has great hands and very experienced in her technique. The facial service was magical. Had my face treatment with Lucy. This is my second session with her. She’s very gentle and always explains each step before she does it, which makes the whole experience feel calm and reassuring. The treatment was relaxing from start to finish, and her facial massage is really good.
