Michelle is very professional. I got my gown tailored to better fit my size. I was expecting a simple alteration around the waist and bust area. Michelle gave her professional recommendations to alter the length so that it could make me look taller in the gown. Extremely satisfied with the end product. Her pricing is also very reasonable as compared to the other tailors in the town area.

The tailor is really professional and kind. I brought a wedding dress that was given to me by a friend for her to take a look and ask for her opinion on alterations. She was really honest and told me upfront that the dress as it was didn’t look good on me (although it had looked amazing on my friend) and the alterations required would cost at least $150. She suggested that buying a more suitable dress on Taobao would be more cost savvy. Would definitely recommend her!

I used to bring my clothes for alteration here and Michelle always had an attitude. It was a pain to negotiate with her as she overcharges. Today was a whole different experience I was double charged to do a simple task and wanted to do a price check on how much it actually costed elsewhere. She was extremely rude and commented and chastised me in Mandarin to the other ladies in the store thinking I don’t understand the language. Such disgusting and disappointing behaviour. Take your business elsewhere. The service standards they offer is outrageous.

Use them at your own risk. Very unprofessional and rude. When I sent my dress in for alterations the lady (not Michelle) said that it can be done. When I went to pick up the dress, it came with straps done wrongly, and two gaping holes at the side (I think they forgot to close it up after changing the straps). When I told Michelle this was what I wanted (they were supposed to follow the design of the old strap but change the cloth for the straps. She got really rude and kept saying it’s her seamstress who is responsible for this, that I am not clear with what I want and she will refund me the $$. She kept saying she doesn’t know what’s happening and doesn’t understand me. She didn’t even bother to listen, I only said one sentence and she kept cutting me off by saying she doesn’t know what I want. She will refund me and ask me to go get someone else to do it. My old straps on the dress were removed and I have no more reference of how it looked before their terrible job. Super unpleasant experience.

Had my wedding gowns adjusted here. Took her 1 week to deliver and it fits perfectly. Love how Michelle gave input on how to make the fit better and suggested what to alter to make it less bulky looking. Highly recommend
