The staff here are super friendly and welcoming. They take the time to explain things clearly, answer questions patiently, and never make you feel rushed. My experience from start to finish of purchase was very pleasant. I was drawn to check out Michael Trio because my son needed an engagement ring with specs that are not easily available. From the website, I found that there are many options for the ring settings and the diamonds. When I made enquiries with the company, a staff member named Xin promptly contacted me and answered my queries then made an appointment for me to go to their branch at Wisma. Yvone from the branch then attended to my son and I. She is very professional and patient, providing us with many options according to our specs. After the order was made, she followed up with updates on collection dates. She goes out of her way to make the whole process smooth and pleasant. Thank you Yvone!
