I am very happy with the service provided by Meiya Jewellery. I have returned repeatedly to resize rings. I often buy rings and ring size used to be a concern. Now that is no longer an issue. I can choose rings based on design since I can always rely on Meiya Jewelry to resize and they charge reasonable price. Workmanship is excellent. Meiya Jewelry also helped me to combine two pendants into one pendant and I must say I am happy with the result.

Melvin was extremely helpful in resolving my ring resizing issue. He was polite, knowledgeable, and offered the right advice. The service was impressively efficient—I had my ring, which was purchased overseas, resized and ready for collection on the same day. Despite the resizing, the original engravings were kept perfectly intact, and I received the ring back in the same condition, if not better.

Our most valued heirlooms are not necessarily the most expensive. It’s the meaning attached to a piece of jewelry that makes it valuable to us. Melvin was able to help repair the broken clasp on my wife’s antique bangle and restored what others considered to be an old piece of junk not worth repairing. Thank you for helping maintain our heritage.

I made a booking online which was a breeze. Melvin was very patient and helpful, explaining to me what can and cannot be done with my white gold bracelet which had a ‘crack’ in it. I left the bracelet with him and went for coffee. Bracelet was repaired in an hour’s time. He even polished my bracelet making it look shining and new. Excellent service. Price is reasonable too. I am definitely a returning customer.
