Today, we returned to MeeMee, recalling our previous satisfying purchase. Unfortunately, our experience this time was far from pleasant. We were ‘assisted’ by a saleswoman whose attitude and service were shockingly subpar. Her lack of interest and unprofessional demeanor completely soured our shopping experience. Disheartened, we decided to take our business elsewhere. It’s a shame to see such a decline in customer service quality. We definitely won’t be returning. One star.

Not my first time patronising this shop. Been back ever since I went there to get parts for my Oakley spectacle frames. Happy to receive the good service provided, and being a prudent shopper, I know the pricing is reasonable. Hence, i disagree with what some reviewers say about them being greedy. These are business owners, of course they need to make money, why else run a business. Well, I got some of my parts replaced FOC, cos they remember and they also know how to retain their customers. You may find other cheaper opticians but I’m satisfied with the quality of the goods and services received here to date.

First time patronizing this shop to get my contact lenses and I was served by Ella. She is friendly, well-mannered and very knowledgeable about the product. She explained my eye examination in detail and even went the extra mile to solve my issue with the urgent need for contact lenses due to the backorder time. Highly recommend for the high service quality and I would come again!
