Very rude & sarcastic service,no customer manner at all!Ask wether I have use leather bag before since I just commented the leather bag is a bit too heavy and said I should consider use plastic bag instead! What a sale person,no wonder no customer at all!

Terrible after sales service. I bought a white leather tote bag on end March 2023. I decided to contact them on 15th July 2023, regarding a defect on one side of their leather strap links. The screw of the links loosens quite easily and there are countless times that the bag would suddenly drop on the ground, leaving me to scramble and look for the missing parts. I was then told on 15 July 2023 that this is a known issue, and they have customers who have already reported it to them. They assured me that they HAVE ALREADY requested spare parts for this issue and it would come in a week or so. I contacted them today, 2 August 2023, and asked for updates. They gave me the same answer, and are very ambiguous with the dates ("we already requested spare parts from the Hq, now we just waiting for the spare parts to arrive as soon as possible"), ("we apologise for the delayed because we can't track the solid date of delivery spare parts as the spare part is delivered from overseas").
