Quite frankly I don't understand why the shop has such a high rating. Jeans weren't folded evenly. Order of clothes was so random. Everything was sort of messy when I visited. Even second hand shops display clothes more nicely.

Service was top notched. They reccomended which design fits me best , and they were very patient as it took almost about an hour. Kudos and a bigshout to the staff on that day. Will definitely be back to purchase more of their new designs.

A surprisingly good selection of designs and sizes from contemporary brands that are otherwise hard to find in Singapore. Staff was also very helpful in recommendations.

Very good service. The staff are very willing to help to see if the outfits fit me and if it’s value money for me. As a customer, I will definitely come back and support them. Honest and sincere service highly commended!

20March 2024, went into shop, all we have is crazy laughing from 2 female staff!!! keep chatting among themself when we stepped in... worst than wet market!

Beautiful store with lovely brands, hard to find in Singapore. However, the young girl who was working there did not bother to serve or greet me.. seemed rather preoccupied with her phone. Please do find better well trained staff.

Best in class customer experience from Carmen. To be honest, I rarely walk into a fashion store as it can be daunting at times, but as I walked in I was greeted with a lovely smile and a warm welcome which made me feel comfortable and at ease; I was shopping at a place that knew me personally. To say the least, Carmen is very knowledgeable with the different product offerings and she even took me around the store to show me what items complemented each other. There was no hard selling at all and this was what I truly appreciated, a down to earth lady who respected my boundaries. Any company would be lucky to have her and she brings great value to manifesto. An unparalleled experience.
