I dropped by for a quick pain treatment and was pleasantly surprised by how effective it was! My therapist (May) was professional, attentive, and skilled. The massage helped relieve a lot of tension in my shoulders and back, even in just a short session. The space was clean, comfortable, and relaxing—perfect for a quick reset during a busy day. Highly recommended if you’re looking for a convenient and quality massage treatment!
P.S. Was also served a warm cup of tea afterwards, perfect after a massage! ☕️☺️💛

Went in for some neck pain during pregnancy and was advised that treatment will be unsafe. That is prudent advice, but the reasoning made me uncomfortable. The Doc was like “we don’t want be liable if anything happen to you”. And when I asked what can I do to alleviate the pain in the meantime, the response was “don’t drink cold water”. Trust that the actual TCM is good given the other reviews just this consultation style is not for me…

I have done my tuina treatment with XiangNa, she is patient in listening to my long term pain issue on my neck, shoulder, lower back sour and pain problem. She is patient and skillful and is able to help me to massage it helps to prevent them from getting worse, this is one of my best treatment of all. She able help me reduce the pain and sour that I have face for quite some time, very thankful for her treatment. Highly recommended for Xiang Na skill and professionalism.

I visited Sin Kang TCM at Wheelock 3 months after surgery and back pain. I clearly explained both conditions to the therapist during my consultation. However, the response was underwhelming — no meaningful advice or discussion, simply 2 basic questions about sleep and bowel movements.
The consultation lasted barely 5 minutes and led to a recommendation for acupuncture and tuina. While the acupuncture was decent, the tuina was extremely disappointing — more like someone lightly rubbing oil on my back than an actual therapeutic massage.
I was charged $418 in total for the consultation, acupuncture, tuina, and some powder medicine. For the price, I expected professional care and targeted treatment — not vague advice and superficial service.
This setup is an embarrassment to any TCM clinic. I shall not be returning and genuinely would not recommend it to anyone.

I signed up for an $80 Tuina massage, and the therapist asked me if i had any pain, so i indicated that my lower back was hurting. The massage was fine, and i was suggested to do a $22 cupping session which i agreed to. When paying the bill I was told that i had done a $138 “Pain Management” session, in addition to the $22 cupping, making it a total of $160. I had no idea that I had to pay such a high premium just to treat pain. The lady at the counter mentioned that the normal “tuina” was a relaxing massage. Looking at the other reviews, it is clear that this place is a scam. The price of the “pain management” wasn’t disclosed to me at any point during the massage. Additionally they use a really smelly cloth to support your face while lying face down. Do not recommend this place at all.

I'm consistently impressed with Sin Kang TCM at Wheelock Place. The clinic has a clean, calming atmosphere and the staff are always professional and friendly.
My physician and therapist are incredibly knowledgeable and attentive, making my facial acupuncture and bojin treatments highly effective. I've seen great improvements!
Its location in Wheelock Place is a huge plus – nice mall and easily accessible from Exit 11 of the MRT Brown Line. Highly recommend for effective TCM in a great environment!

Have been with them since Ma Guang times for many years! The therapist cum beautician Celex (aka Liling) is very friendly giving good service and has good skills too. Physician Zeng Wei is also very knowledgeable and I have been consulting her for many years and recently for my post surgery recovery. 👍🏼👍🏼👍🏼

I had high hopes for this TCM clinic, but unfortunately, my massage experience was not what I expected. The therapist used gloves during the massage, which made me feel quite uncomfortable, particularly with the sensation on my skin. I've never encountered this before and was a bit too shy to say anything during the session. I'm curious if there's a specific reason for using gloves, as it significantly impacted my comfort level.
