Did my pedicure with them for the first time! Love the chrome powder and the color combination! The staff was so nice and kind. I asked for a coffee and they even offer me a blanket. Nice place to go with friends.

Did my nails with them before my Vietnam trip! Definitely is what I want! Felt so satisfied! The place was nice and quite privacy. They even provide me a cup of hot tea, and a blanket.

Great service! I visit the nail salon 2 weeks ago. Walked in and didn't have to wait. The nail tech who did my nail was vey detailed and gentle. They have a wide range of colors too! Staffs are friendly and patient. No hard selling most importantly! Feel really comfortable with the nail tech.

Service is very average. Good selection of nail polish colors. No bath tub for pedicure, no water supply. Uncomfortable chair. No up selling. Well..they're very overpriced. (express gelish manicure + express OPI pedicure = 100SGD) As they're in a good location, shop looks nice from outside and the pricing was bit higher than average, I was expecting something more. I would much rather go to far east plaza and get the nail done in almost half price. (can easily be better quality) I wasn't sure why the store seems quite popular.

Poor service & terrible hygiene standards. My nail technician left me halfway through my manicure to re-do another patron's pedicure, who was unhappy with her own results. She returned and attempted to use the same cuticle cutter that was JUST used on this stranger's feet. I needed to ask for a clean pair, at which point she responded with "I'm sorry". In addition, M'Pir provides extremely poor customer service. Staff are rude and clearly cutting corners. Avoid this salon at all costs!

Good: Various nice colors and brands Bad: They need to invest chairs and some facilities. It’s not cery comfortable one. And better to have their own cashers. Shops at level 4 are sharing one casher but it’s notoriously slow........
