A rather quaint shop at the basement one level of Raffles City for cute-sy things to buy. Although, the things are "bear-centric", other animal related things are available - for example, things related to Alexander the Siberian tiger.

Had a very unpleasant experience in the Wistma outlet where I bought a rather expensive item and the item was initially faulty after 3rd day and I went back to rectify but the male manager (name was Jeremy iirc) who insisted I need the receipt but who keeps a normal purchase receipt these days after 2 days? I did not bring the item with me on the day so I came down the next day and a Chinese lady manager attended to me who is much more friendlier and offered good solution. But just when I was about to leave, they started gossiping about me in front of me using Malay language which fortunately I can fully understand and speak as well.. Really thumbs down to the service staff with such customer experience provided. You will not survibe long when your competitors like pop mart doing much better job.. Will be my last time buying in M&G for sure. My money is worth better elsewhere.

Shop assistant (who were nice) and shop owner (I suppose - by how arrogant she talked to customer) delivers conflicting info regarding gift wrapping charge. Shop owner refused to honour what assistant advised to me - it’s not a big amount, not about money at all but her attitude sent me away permanently from this brand. (Delivering inaccurate info to customer is simply a lack of comprehensive trainings, so who should take the blame…)

Annoying male staff wearing spectacle, kept hovering around. He should stand a distance away to observe customer. Super cramp and small. Lesser items. Don’t like how they display the stickers sheet so high up for us to reach or even browse, when the lights were shining at the direction. If not items were places underneath, inside , dark without lights. Have to take out to look at what it was .
