Very good planned Scheduled. I went so many times Batam, this could be the most memorable trip. Get to take photos with actors and actress. Good performance from the temple. Had a great and awesome one day Batu Pahat durian trip on 22 Nov 2025. Tour Leader Elaine and Tour Guide Vivian were very professional and friendly. Great durian buffet lunch, great seafood dinner, and great shopping experience at the respective local shops. Most importantly, the Coach was awesome, clean and plenty of leg room space. Will book again for other trips.

Too many words to describe.... Fun, Enjoyable, exciting, & most impt the Luxury Coach Members are NICE !!!!
2d1n Batam Trip is full of activities with food & fun... the foods are nice & full of seafood.... the price is really worth the trip.... you wont regret and you will want to join the fun and go again... During this trip, our team leader, Nicole... 好到没话说. To be honest, is not easy to handle so many people but she really do a good job in handing 40 over ppl.... she handles her job well & take care everyone well & needs... she never complains.... as we belong to Bus 1, we will always be the 1st to reach the destination. So during the 2nd day lunch, as usual, we reach early and she help to serve us while waiting for other Bus members to reach..... what's more to say ! Nothing to complain, only thing is 2d1n trip Time Pass too Fast for Everyone..... !
Hope that Luxury Coach will have more activities, be it 1 day trip or 2d1n trip with the celebrity's....
Can't wait to join them again !!!

A big thank you to Luxury Coach Service for the 1 day durian trip in JB. Itinerary was comprehensive and seafood dinner was yummy. Thanks to tour leader, Elaine and coach driver, Allan who made sure that all of us are safe at all times. A big shoutout to the Malaysian tour guide, Jackie Chen, who continuously entertained us with his singing. Will not hesitate to support them. Finally, the coach was spacious and comfortable.

I recently went on the 2D1N Malacca/Yong Peng Tour, and it was an extraordinary experience, unlike your typical Malaysia trip🇲🇾 The itinerary was meticulously curated & thoughtfully planned from start to finish, offering guests an immersive journey into Malacca’s rich Peranakan heritage⚜️
The experience was further elevated by a self-upgraded stay at Baba House and the presence of Mediacorp artistes from the drama Emerald Hill – The Little Nyonya Story 🤩, adding a special touch of nostalgia and cultural authenticity to the trip. Throughout the tour, there were plenty of photo-taking opportunities with the artistes, and to top it off, the videographers captured special moments from the trip, compiling them into a memorable video 📹 that was shared with us afterward.
The tour also featured top-notch meals🍴: a delicious Peranakan lunch on the first day, followed by a sumptuous banquet-style lunch and dinner on the second day. Moreover, the bus🚍 was clean & well-maintained and it was a smooth & comfortable jounery to & fro Malacca.

First time travelling to Melaka via Luxury Coach Services. Hassle-free booking process through the website. The pickup arrived on time; contact details and coach number were provided on the day before departure. The coach was clean, spacious and comfortable. Most importantly, the driver drove in a safe manner. The drivers and tour guides were very professional and helpful. Enjoyed our stopover at Yoyo Native Food on the journey back as well. Will definitely travel again with Luxury Coach Services next time!

Excellent service from both tour guide Salum (great 👍 n Ming Qi . I want to thank you both of you but especially our tour leader Ming Qi. She was so helpful that help me escort my old age parents to ferry terminal waiting area. Also help me to carry my stuff to check in immigration due to I need push my sit with wheelchair parent. Good arrangement for Bus 3 .. all timing on time . Nothing to complains . She do her job super well .as not easy to handle with so many people. Ming Qi 给你101赞👍👍👍

Absolutely miffed because there was some bit of deception involved here. Booked what was clearly a '28 Seater SD luxury executive' as highlight on the site which solidified my choice to book this service over the others and to my shock, the 40-seater bus shows up instead.
Edit (3/8/2025). So for the RETURN bus I finally got what was advertised and wow, what a WORLD of difference. This bus was way more comfortable, had the charging ports we needed and made the journey smooth. However, what was highlighted above still applies. You have to accurately reflect information on your site. I'd take the same service again but I'd be weary due to the previous experience.
If this is how the business is going to operate, do not recommend.
If you're going to do this at least inform me in advance or don't indicate that it's the 28-seater bus on your site, there's quite a difference (the 28-seater having a charging port for instance while the 40-seater one doesn't).
I type this as I'm currently on my departing trip and I've booked the same for my return, I'll be extra pissed if it's the same case.
2-stars instead of 1 because the seats are okay for the 40-seater and because the driver and the lady onboard who was serving everyone was very sweet.
To add insult to injury, the on-board WiFi never worked throughout and there was a KKKL bus (another service I was contemplating). That had their connection up and running which I could utilize.
Misleading, would tread with caution.
Edit (3/8). The return bus was fortunately what was advertised and was comfortable and included the charging ports. However, the above still applies and principally, it was still disingenuous. I'd take the service again if it was what was advertised.

Both i & my wife would like to share our pleasure 2D1N Batam trip with Luxury Coach Services.
The entire tour trip experience was really enjoyable and memorable and was very amazed that 4 of the media cop joining.
Our group leader was Ming Qi, she was very friendly, helpful, responsible and caring. In Batam we are with bus no.3 and the tour guide was Mr Salim(小林). and the Driver. We name them 3 in 1 coffee, just a joke!! They are very knowledgeable, approachable, friendly, patient, kind and professional, always assisted elderly with slow or difficulty in walking, guide us with our shopping's and road directions. They created lots of fun and laughter throughout the whole journey. Every trip destination was properly plan, smooth and everyone was feeling secured and safe.
The hotel stay and the food was good. Most amazing was the Gala dinner, although the dinner started quite late but is worth waiting. The food was great and very enjoyable and a lot of fun.
Thank you, Ming Qi, Mr Salim(小林) and the driver for giving us such a unforgettable and pleasant Batam trip.
