Have a great experience with Thomas at the physical store, he is very detailed in showcasing the watch to me, explaining how to authenticate and adjust the watch. I had a very disappointing after-sales experience with them. I purchased a watch from them last year and was told I could trade it in for an upgrade anytime. I followed up twice on separate occasions, one time, the person handling it completely disappeared, and the other time, the process kept getting delayed without ever providing me with a trade-in quote.

Before buying, was informed watch serviced 1 week eta ago. Now asking for service record but not to be found. Always reply checking, yet never get back. Very disappointed.
