They have a wide selection of bags. I'm so happy I got mine here—the transaction was smooth and hassle-free. You can even schedule an appointment if you'd like to view the bag in person. OCBC cardholders can enjoy a 12-month installment plan as well.

The products price are competitive. But the Auntie with the glasses and curly hair is very rude. Even though I came there few times to buy , but she always treat me with bad attitude, bad tone and also looked down on me. I looked at other reviewers here, they also reviewed bad about her. Won't step to the store ever again becoz of Auntie!

First time visiting this shop, the sales executive Nicole and Alton were super friendly! I went in just to view a bag and walked out with two! They took time to show and explain the details to me. Excellent service!

Hi, have gotten a Vintage Hermes’ Kelly 28 in box leather 2 years ago.
Was told by a sales stuff that the bag wasn’t suitable for myself after purchased.
I personally think it is very unprofessional and unnecessary of her to say
Hermès kelly 28 is not something you are “suitable” or “unsuitable” for. It’s a style preference, not a judgment of your body, age, or lifestyle.
Instead of commenting on that maybe she could try … 28 is one of the most versatile sizes, practical, and widely loved. Many people deliberately choose 28 because it’s balanced, not flashy.
Lastly, sales associates do not get to decide what suits the customers. Their role is to advise, not to undermine or personal bias or even poor communication training.

Arrived at the store at 11AM and saw some bags to be listed today. Asked the store attendant (more senior looking lady with spectacles) if i could take a look at one of the bags but was told to come back at 12PM instead, while allowing another customer l to film and touch those bags freely. Unsure the reason behind the double standard, but I felt discriminated against
