Visited this outlet on 5 July and was assisted by Damien who was friendly, helpful and professional. I came with my mum to get a birthday gift for my dad and we weren’t sure what was popular for men's wallets. Damien guided us through the options and kept us updated on the engraving status. Great service. Highly recommend Damien!

Just want to share my LV experience with my LV Advisor, Ms. Siti Zulaikha when I dropped by at the ION LV store. She was very accommodating, gave us a warm welcome and smile. Her expertise and patience to me that night was way above expectations, as I’m having a hard time choosing which bags would I buy. Overall, I would like to commend her for being so true and dedicated to her work. I would definitely look for her, if ever I’m planning to buy once again from the store.

I sent my wallet for repair. As per advise by hotline CS there’s batch which had leather which is sticky. Occasionally I would rotate for use.in total less then 1mth of usage. Until Jan I realise the zipper compartment was sticky. Sent in for repair. Nothing is done. But was quoted $1600 to replace the wallet lining leather. When a new wallet would cost not more then $1400. Being a LV fan I think this is the last I will ever buy again. As due to its inferior quality. My other Chanel /Hermes stuff more than 20years. Never had this problem At all. So now I know which is a more reliable brand.. As am shock reading have whom got stinky smelly bag?? But my sticky defect lining leather wasn’t acknowledged.And result was due to humid. But it doesn’t happen for my other bag or wallet??

Nice bag. Great customer service. ❤️ it! It is good to pamper ownself whenever I reach a milestone of my life! LV is nice brand.

I don’t think I’ll ever come back to LV Ion. The sales associate (Jason W) was not friendly — he didn’t smile and didn’t seem welcoming or willing to assist me. Was it because I was dressed casually? Better to go to another LV boutique Not recommended 👎

I just wanted to say how much I appreciated the excellent customer service I received from Ms Winni Soo.The representative was incredibly helpful and patient with my questions. And she also helped me with an item exchanged too. She went above and beyond to resolve my issue quickly and efficiently. It's refreshing to encounter such professionalism and dedication. Thank you for making my experience so positive!

Upon entering Louis Vuitton Ion, a sales associate named Velson greeted me and inquired about my intentions. He demonstrated a similar item to what I was seeking, despite the absence of a designated display. Velson assisted me in making the purchase, and the following day, my order was ready. He extended an offer to deliver the item to me, which was a thoughtful gesture. Furthermore, he went above and beyond to guide me through the registration process with the Ion appt point system. The service provided by Louis Vuitton Ion was exceptional compared to MBS. I express my gratitude for making my day.

I bought Odyssee $4.250 but the attitute of the Sales is not good, he never smiled. We don't feel the repect. He supported to charge but said that "The last chance". Takashimaya is better, i had mistake when come back to take, i should go to Takashimaya. Rcm everybody go to Takashimaya.

A terrible and unfriendly LV store. Brought in an item to get hot stamped that I purchase from another LV store that their machine was down. Should be a courtesy and take 5 minutes but said have to wait 3 days and the store had 5 people in it. Very poor service. I love LV and have bought items here in the past but will not recommend this location.

Yesterday, I went with my mother to buy a bag. The female employee who assisted us had middle apart, shoulder-length hair and acne skin. She was very impatient and answered our questions arrogantly, not friendly, making us uncomfortable. We looked at about 4 to 5 bags in total, and in the end, we were interested in two. After deciding not to continue, she expression looked unpleasant and didn’t say a word as she packed up. We ended up buying a bag from a male salesperson, who was much friendlier.
