I was the only customer waiting no queue, just someone finishing payment. The cook inside kindly asked what I wanted so she could start preparing. Before I could even answer, the cashier young gal snapped “Queue up!” aggressively. The cook even shook her head like she knew it was uncalled for.
I walked off and won’t be back. No matter how busy, there’s no excuse for rudeness. I’d rather support stalls that treat customers with basic respect.
Company should take a look how your staff treat customer.

Claiming themselves to be Michelin awardee, but to me, the fishball noodle at ION foodcourt is still number one on my list.
The fishball is not as authentic as the one at ION. The noodle itself is not that special-the spicy sauce on the noodle was lacking taste.
The cashier lady was not friendly either; serving without a smile.
Seating area is at a food court where mostly crowded and no tables available.

It’s pretty good, but I actually liked the location at Lau Pa Sat better. This one was a bit too sweet and lacked some flavour.
Make sure to get vinegar to add to it (it’s on the side).
It’s a pretty heavy meal as well and big portion size. Lots of noodles and meat.
The line was also quite slow.
It’s hard to find a seat here around lunchtime.
Kind of expensive - $9.50 for the folks favourite.

A Michelin BIB Gourmand. Located on the B2 floor of Takashimaya. I ordered fishball noodle. The taste is good but I think it will be more balanced if we add so some soy and vinegar which is provided at the food stall. If it is not added, the noodle will taste sweet.
The texture of the noodle is quite chewy and the fish balls are tasty. When I came there were several people queuing. The food was served quite quickly.

Saw a small queue forming up at this fishball noodle store, which I have seen franchise of this brand before.
Ordered Number 4, which is the...
🍜 Fishball Minced Meat Noodles ($7.50). Because I was really hungry, I added noodles for +$1.30, which was a good decision because the noodles were quite little for normal portions.
Surprisingly, the pork lard here was pretty good as it's still crispy and slightly warm. I asked for a ketchup based sauce with chilli, and it really hits the traditional fishball meepok spot as it's slightly and sweet. The soup was also clean and carried the sweetness of their bouncy iconic fishballs. Would say this is a really decent mee pok place. It's probably not worth a 20 min queue. But definitely a lunch choice to consider with minimal queuing.
I rate: 4/5 🌟

The fishball was so good, chewy and bouncy. The soup was light, fresh, and not compete with fishball or fish dumpling. Though I ordered spicy noodle, it was not spicy. One of good choice to have a meal in Takashimaya.

This branch has more sauce in the noodles which I liked. They put a bit more tomato sauce so the noodles is a bit more tasty with a hint if sourness. The noodles were perfectly firm and hot. The soup was great and brothy.
