The Levi’s sales assistants at the ion outlet are really amazing at their job. They’re more than helpful and work with the customer’s interest in mind (I think). A breath of fresh air especially in the Singapore retail space where apathy and bare-minimum is the norm. I hope you guys get the promotions/incentives/raises that you deserve!

Had a good experience at Levi’s ION ! The staff here are friendly and helpful, making the shopping experience smooth and enjoyable. The fitting rooms are beautifully designed, adding a touch of luxury to trying on clothes. The customization bar is a standout feature, such a cool way to personalize denim & the staff at the bar were knowledgeable and accommodating, making the process fun and easy. Highly recommend this store for both great service and unique customization options. 👍

I don’t usually write reviews, but I want to compliment Sya from Levi’s ION for her excellent service. When I went back to fix an embroidery issue, another staff Chinese girl was rude and unhelpful, even criticizing Sya. But Sya assisted me kindly and professionally without any fuss. She truly deserves recognition for her great customer service.

Bought 3 items from this outlet and will like to compliment Angie for her wonderful services throughout the visit.. she made you feel at ease while trying out, giving you good advice on your purchase. Shame of Levi Orchard. Selling jeans with high prices and still charge for paperbags can’t even give one paper bag when customer bought jeans. Will not patronize this store here compared to the service much better getting from pop stall at Paragon Metro departmental store

2 male staff were on duty that day and wasn’t exactly please with the Chinese bespectacled guy. He asked if I need help but I said I’ll just browse around first but be kept following very close wherever I walked and this really makes me feels uncomfortable. And then be asked again if I need help. This just made me walked out of the store even tho I wanted to get something .

New purchase 511 slim fit jeans from Levi's, the quality is very poor. All the fraying and fuzzy thread are very obvious on waistband area. have been told that all jeans are like this. If you are not a brand-conscious, please choose other brands. Very disappointed on this reputable & trusted brand fooling your customer. Never again
