I had a truly pleasant experience purchasing a camera at Leica Ion Orchard, thanks to Jesmond. From the moment I walked in, Jesmond was friendly, knowledgeable, and attentive. He took the time to understand what I was looking for, patiently answered all my questions, and guided me through the different options without any pressure. His knowledge of Leica cameras really made the whole process not just smooth but enjoyable. It is always a wonderful experience visiting the Leica ION shop. As soon as you enter the store, you are greeted with big friendly smiles from the team: Sue whom I usually reach out to when I have something to ask about Leica products, and James who is ready to lend a hand. They have demo units that customers can try out, be it a camera body, or lens that we have been curious about. My daughter and I don't feel rushed or pressured when testing out the products. They provide the information about the product, share their experience if they have used it, and readily answer any questions that we have - which ultimately, helps us have a clear decision before buying. And more often than not - we always go home with a big bag of Leica goodness, and big smiles as well looking forward to capturing more memories with the awesome products of Leica. All thanks to the great team of Leica ION - Sue and James! See you again soon!

Had an incredible experience at the Leica Store Ion Orchard with Jesmond and Sue . Jesmond was extremely helpful, kind and patient throughout the entire process. He was kind enough helping me set up the new camera , patiently answered all my questions, sharing me the tips and information and needs about the camera, recommended me fundamentals course to know more about the necessary basic photography knowledge . They were also thoughtful enough to assist me with registering my purchase to get the Ion points. Sue was caring enough to notice my birthday and gave me a small little gift . Brandon was extremely helpful too in helping me to check when is the possible arriving date for the camera model that I want when I paying first visit in the store. Overall I had a superb experience in visiting Leica Store in Ion Orchard . Highly recommended 👍.

I went to Leica's flagship store in the South Beach Quarter and their boutique at MBS last week. Both experiences were disasters, and I'm not sure if their Google reviews are legitimate. There's no approach, no greeting, not even a friendly smile. Their willingness to serve me seems to depend on their perception of my purchasing power. Purchasing power shouldn't determine customer service. Whether or not I purchase is up to me, but you are paid to deliver great customer service. Anyway, I went to the Leica boutique hoping to learn more about them before making a purchase. So far, the service I've received has made me question whether it's even worth buying from them. Today, I considered visiting the final boutique in Ion to assess the overall quality of the three options. So I stepped inside Ion Boutique, hoping they wouldn't disappoint me like the other two boutiques. Sue and James greeted me warmly as soon as I walked in. This is completely credible, especially after the first two incidents. After that, they take me on a tour of the entire store, introduce me to the Leica world, and show me how to see the images on Leica Master. Then they walk me through the Taking out the camera to try on and provide me with more information beyond the technical specifications. Taking down my information and answering all of my questions, such as after-sales services, warranties, and promotions, etc. My two-day boutique experience. It's similar to the Leica motto: the world needs witnesses. Sue and James provided me with a beautiful and enjoyable customer service experience, while the other two places I visited provided me with an ugly and unpleasant one. Thank you Sue and James for today's wonderful service. I'm really appreciate your time and all the information I received from both of you. I felt lucky that I went to ion rather then thinking of all boutique act the same way. Thank you both so much, from the bottom of my heart.
