Been looking for a specific shoe and saw that Limited Edt has it, so I went to the store and the lady staff Natashah told me that the shoe wasn’t available here but she was kind enough to direct me to the correct store. Really amazed that she knows her products well to guide me instantly!

I got my pair here the male employee with golden hair greeted me kindly when i got into the shop he also helped me to find my shoe size and helped me to try and fit my feet inside the shoes and he also gave a really satisfying customer care thank you leballpark definitely would revisit here

Very disappointed with the service, when I'm rushing because you know they closing by 9:30(online hours) and when you came 8:50pm they telling you can not go in and close. If you guys don't want any sales better close earlier and adjust your online timing. Regular guest before, not anymore!

Worst customer service ever. Apparently alot of customer complain about the Malay lady but she is still working there.

Bad service. Love the shoes and price was reasonable. However, staff show 0% in serving me. Disappointed.
