I got the Laneige Sleeping Mask, and it provides moisture to the skin all night. It hydrates and leaves the skin feeling soft and refreshed by morning. It's the best sleeping mask I've ever tried.

Went there today at night, a lady served me and honestly it looks like she hated her job😭😭 it was so uncomfortable with her… girl wasn’t even smiling…. I went out with a bag but feeling horrible about the purchases… …

When I was there, both sales personnel were engaged. One finally attended to me but was not helpful at all. Definitely experienced better customer service at Laneige elsewhere. Would not return for the poor level of service, even though I am a member. Plenty of other counters to give my business to.

Waited outside for the place to open at 10am. At 10.15am, all the lights were on but the sales person remained in the back of the store and did not open the doors. Unprofessional.
