Was rushing to buy something to top up a $40 spending for mall spending promotion. Your staff Ice was a great sales, convincing me to spend $96 instead of $40🤣, I’m really convinced after she calculated. But this wasn’t her only strength, after selling me 4 bottles, she realised she only had 2 stock, she offered a few solutions, one of it was her going to a nearby store to collect 2 bottles for me. When I chose this option, she was still full of smiles and did a fantastic job to collect the stock asap. I’m impressed by such sales that exist in a shop like LAC, most staff would conveniently let me buy lesser or try to get me change product. She also saw my concern for expiry date and she checked that the expiry date was 2027 before she passed me the items. I really had a happy experience shopping at your paragon outlet yesterday, please really help to compliment Ice for her outstanding service towards customers as she really put our concern first place, thank you.

A very dishonest shop. I wanted to buy a bottle of Probiotics but the sales person kept pushing for me to buy more bottles by offering more discount. I refused and when I was about to pay, I said isn’t it procedure for you to tell me the expiration date? She sheepishly answered it expires in a month. I said how am I going to finish a bottle in under a month? And you wanted me to buy 3 additional bottles. When were you going to tell me? She said that’s why I was giving you a bigger discount. If I had not asked I would have bought products that would have taken me 4 months to consume but expired in a month.
