Josie was very attentive to my scalp conditions n made a few suggestions n techniques to try the pre shampoo scrub n anti hair loss serum she even gave me some sample to try before I buy … cause now I still hv my Aveda treatment set … definitely come back n buy the new set from josie for her magnificent service and care

We had a wonderful experience at L’Occitane in Paragon Mall, thanks to the excellent service from Jia. She was incredibly helpful and patient, guiding us through different products and allowing us to try them out. We ended up purchasing the volumizing shampoo, which works amazingly well when paired with their hair fall treatment. Jia also provided us with some product samples to explore more of their range, which was a thoughtful touch. Her deep knowledge of the products and ability to recommend exactly what we needed made a big difference. We’re already planning to return for the shower oil and the full skincare routine set! Thank you, Jia, for your outstanding service, we truly appreciate it!
