When I visited K plus, she immediately knew what would suit my face shape and recommended several styles, including styles I never thought I could pull off. I genuinely loved every single pair she suggested and had such a hard time choosing. I’m usually not someone who splurges on glasses (they’ve always been more of a necessity to me), but lol I ended up walking away with 3 pairs cause they look so good for different occasions / vibes. Plus the brand she sells is from New Jeans 😍 hahahaha.
Sally was also incredibly detailed in her explanations and super easy to talk to.
The experience is so different from other neighborhood / indie / mass market optical shops, none of them really bothered about which suited my face shape, usually they'll recommend me to just go along with what I like.
I’ll definitely be coming back to find her again. Hope she stays at this shop for a long time.

Excellent service by the retail team and TikTok customer service! I ordered a pair of MUUT sunglasses from their TikTok live but it did not suit me. Contacted them and they very quickly arranged for an exchange in their store. 3 KPLUS store staff members went above and beyond in terms of being so helpful and attentive to me, providing great recommendations for frames that suited my face shape. I left the store feeling so happy and satisfied because of their staff. Great great retail experience and seamless exchange process and I just want to say a very big thank you to all of you! ❤️
