I really dislike giving low ratings, but this shop deserves it. They make payment way too difficult in 2025 — no Visa, Mastercard, Apple Pay, or Payway. Only cash or UnionPay. Tourists, bring cash. Taste-wise, the peach milk tea is actually good (4 stars at 50% sugar), but half the cup is ice, as you can see in the photo. Service was also unfriendly. Would I return? Probably not. Hope this helps other visitors prepare before they go.

Review of KOI Express @ Wisma Atria I’ve always enjoyed KOI drinks—the consistency in quality comes from their strict SOP, with every ingredient measured and prepared to the same standard. This is something I really appreciate, as you always know what to expect from a KOI cup. That said, it’s a little disappointing that several outlets have closed recently, making it less convenient to grab a KOI drink when the craving hits. Hopefully, they can continue to maintain their presence while keeping their standards aligned with their SOP across all outlets. On the bright side, service has been reliable. I’ve been quite lucky to be served by friendly and attentive staff so far, which adds to the overall positive experience. Verdict: KOI Express @ Wisma Atria remains a dependable spot for a consistent cup of bubble tea—perfect if you’re in Orchard and need a quick fix.

Bought 1 cup of koi from the app during lunch time, however when I reached the store, I realised my order didn't went through and bought a cup on the spot. Suddenly I received at call at from them @ 915pm, the female staff who is working PM shift today is really nice. Thankful that she did extra miles to give me a call that I didn't collect this drink as I didn't know the order went through. She even took down my details and wanted to help me file in a refund. Really thankful for your extra services!! ❤️

Honey four season tea (default sweetness) was super sweet. Had to add lots of water to dilute the sweetness. The wildflower honey (default sweetness) was just right in sweetness.

Service very bad and have a very bad attitude for the tomboy when I asked how many glasses he answer me, you don't have eyes you cannot see ma please take note this is not the way you answered anyone

Very bad experience at this outlet. They criticized my English pronunciation in English right in front of me, and thought I didn’t understand.
