KOI Thé Express at Takashimaya Shopping Centre brings Taiwan's most beloved bubble tea brand to the heart of Orchard Road. Located at #B2-37C in Ngee Ann City, this express kiosk serves KOI's signature drinks with efficient service perfect for busy shoppers.
What makes KOI special is their commitment to brewing tea with sincerity and dedication. Founded in Taiwan, KOI has grown into a regional favourite by using carefully selected ingredients and maintaining consistent quality across locations. The Takashimaya outlet focuses on popular items that can be prepared quickly, including their iconic Golden Bubble Milk Tea, Chrysanthemum Milk Tea, and various fruit tea combinations.
The menu offers drinks in medium and large sizes, with prices ranging from around S.90 to S.70 depending on the drink and size. Popular choices include the Golden Bubble Milk Tea with chewy tapioca pearls, Chrysanthemum Green Tea for a lighter option, and Chou Niang Jiu Niang—a fermented brew that adds a unique tangy dimension to the typical bubble tea experience. Each drink can be customised with different sugar levels and ice preferences.
For Orchard Road shoppers, KOI Thé Express provides the perfect refreshment break during shopping trips. The kiosk operates during Takashimaya's shopping hours, and the express format means shorter wait times compared to full-service outlets. Customers can also order through food delivery platforms like foodpanda for home or office delivery, making it accessible even beyond mall visits.

The green fruit tea was too sweet even if I only choose 25% sugar. The fruit pellets seems to have coating of sugar. Too sweet and artificial taste. Regret paying so much for this tea. Couldn't finish and just discarded. Totally not worth!!!

My friends and I visited your outlet this afternoon and were greatly disappointed by the customer service when placing our orders. When your customer responds with 'huh?,' it means they can't hear what you're saying clearly. However, instead of repeating the question patiently, your staff responded very rudely and only changed her tone of voice after noticing that my friend was staring at her. Everyone is going through something, but that is not a valid excuse to treat others with such attitude.

Located along the cafe and food stretch of B2 Takashimaya, this Koi allows you to use your member card for points and redemption of birthday treats, even without a self checkout counter 👍🏻 …

Although this KOI outlet enjoys a superb location, I usually only visit when I’m shopping at Takashimaya. The menu is consistent with other KOI outlets, but the service here tends to be more efficient and pleasant.
I was delighted to find out that their Orh-Nee Milk Tea has made a return due to overwhelming demand. It still retains the same rich goodness — loaded with fragrant yam paste and chewy mini taro balls. A comforting treat that’s definitely worth coming back for!
