Still recommend the shop but please avoid the chubby staff with longer hair. He doesn't know how to maintain the frame at all and threated that if there's anything happened he won't take any responsibility. Have bought two pairs of glasses (with decent prices) from Martin and he is always friendly and providing best class of service.

Avoid the Indian guy . He’s hopeless. Didn’t get much service when we went there . We had the prescription so we thought it’s simple just get the frame pay for the lens and wait . 7 working days le . No updates no reply nobody pick up phone . Too long the time take to make a pair of glasses . And nobody pick up phone since 10 till 1130 now

Love the classic with good designers frames. Their service is at the best with professional standard and reliable with quality glasses. The staff Martin are very helpful and provided good services and would render good advice on the frames to choose from.

Ordered Hoya lenses for my Lindberg frames and was most impressed by the attention to detail, patience and courtesy given by Inokuchi-san. The lenses themselves were the best I have used so far, so the time that he spent on making sure I had the right power and centering(if I'm using the correct term) was well worth it. Subsequently, small touches like free replacement for the nosepads and friendly conversation without any attempt to sell anything made me feel happy. The cost here may be slightly higher than some other establishments, but I have no doubt that I'm getting a great product and service for something essential.

I bought my 2nd pair of lindberg specs within a year because of the strong faith i gained in this company through the top-notch service rendered by the staff. Do not be intimidated by the location (in orchard) because i find they offer the most reasonable price in singapore. Sasakura-san is very patient in adjusting my specs and is one of the most pleasant optometrist i have come across. Martin is also good and patient helping me find the specs i need. Kimpo-do is very fortunate to have staff like you guys!

Saw a pair of Kaneko Optical glasses (when travelling in Tokyo) that I fancied. Inokuchi-san helped me to find the model and import it in from Japan. A few years later, it is still robust and the most lightweight metal frame I have ever used. Thanks!
