The last time I tried the curry rice bowl was half a year ago. Rice & curry were great. But today, the rice was so soft & sticky. Popcorn chicken was little. The hot milo was so diluted

Service staff was very rude and my wipped potato was missed out and not given to me. Is it because i used a $5 voucher given by KFC.

Had the best experience from the service crew Sheyna tonight. She was very friendly, and when I didn’t order any drink, she asked me whether I wanted water. So thoughtful of her! She also asked me which part of the chicken I’ll like for my 1-pc chicken. 👏👏 Was having a light supper. Haven’t had KFC in ages. Sheyna even delivered my 1-pc chicken to me. She reminded me to be careful as it’s fresh off the oven, so, it’s very sizzling hot. The amazing service compelled me to write this review. The KFC original chicken tasted great and juicy! Love it!

Five stars! The chicken was delicious, but what truly made this KFC experience exceptional was Helen's outstanding service. She was friendly, efficient, and went above and beyond. A perfect 100/100 thanks to Helen!

I don’t know whether it is on purpose or not. Every time i visited the restaurant they always do not serve me according to my order. Also it has been 5 times I ordered online they get my order wrong. It is obvious the server do not seems to care at all about customer service. Very bad indeed. I strongly recommend not to eat there or at least check your order before you take them to the table.

Ordered delivery. Pretty bad... not ordering again. Chicken all dry, not fresh. Made my whole family thirsty the rest of the night. Boba tea tart much thinner than compared with the pic. Fries spongey, tasteless.

Finally tried the truffle parmesan cheese, soo yum and the truffle hint is something I look forward to!!

Order colonel burger set etc but when went home, the burger is missing! Please check 3 times before you leave KFC when taking away. End up with only fries and drink and have to cook my own instant noodle!! /(

Poor attention to ppl waiting at queue and also cleaning up of trays, they were left on top of bin. Someone or ppl should at least be kind and throw the garbage after use. I guess guests are waiting for their maid to clean after them.

Like it, bring my parents to tried their new cereals chicken menu here! ONLY 1 out of 2 cashier are open, however the queue are flowing and the services are efficient...
