I’m a regular here, I always swing by right before work. The food here is consistently delicious, always hot and fresh. I’ve never had an issue with the speed or the cleanliness. This place has become a must in my pre-work routine, a huge thanks to the amazing staff.

KFC never disappoints! The chicken is always crispy and flavorful. I love the Original Recipe with a side of mashed potatoes and gravy. The staff is friendly and efficient, making my visit enjoyable every time. Highly recommend for a quick and satisfying meal!

I would like to raise a serious complaint regarding my experience at your KFC Far East Plaza outlet on 13 October, around 8:50 PM. I had ordered one takeaway popcorn chicken, and when I politely asked how long my order would take, two Malay staff members responded to me very rudely in Malay, using an unpleasant tone and body language that clearly showed they were annoyed.
This kind of attitude is completely unacceptable, especially in a customer service role. If your staff are unhappy with their job, they shouldn’t take it out on paying customers. it reflects very badly on KFC’s image and service standards.
Please have someone look into this matter and get back to me. I expect appropriate action to be taken to ensure no other customer experiences such disrespect in future.

To be honest I don’t really like KFC in Singapore. I find their chicken too dry, at times non consistent but this one at far east is always better I find. And I always buy there if I want to eat KFC.
Why? Because their chicken is always more juicy and often I get it hot, from the oven.
I thought it was just me, but when I let my friends on this and they tried, the same verdict.
So if you want kfc for your next meal, this is the branch you need to visiti.

The last time I tried the curry rice bowl was half a year ago. Rice & curry were great. But today, the rice was so soft & sticky. Popcorn chicken was little. The hot milo was so diluted

Had the best experience from the service crew Sheyna tonight. She was very friendly, and when I didn’t order any drink, she asked me whether I wanted water. So thoughtful of her!
She also asked me which part of the chicken I’ll like for my 1-pc chicken. 👏👏
Was having a light supper. Haven’t had KFC in ages. Sheyna even delivered my 1-pc chicken to me. She reminded me to be careful as it’s fresh off the oven, so, it’s very sizzling hot.
The amazing service compelled me to write this review. The KFC original chicken tasted great and juicy! Love it!

Ordered the original rice bowl, all I got was rice, gravy and something masquerading as chicken. When you bite into those things, all you get is the coating, no chicken in it. When I approached the counter, I was informed it is chicken pop and they have no control over it.
It comes in a pack and they merely cooked it.
I was offered a replacement but I declined because it was going to be pointless as it was going to be the same.
I gave 2 stars purely because the person in charged was sensible enough to agree to a refund.
The environment was terrible in there, a crew was sweeping the floor beside me, dragging the metal chairs very loudly.
No regard for people eating in there, I was not expecting fine dining experience but this totally unacceptable.
Crew training on shop floor needs to be addressed.
It was definitely worse than market eating.

Rarely have fast food, but on the occasion I did tonight this KFC experience was quite decent. The service by all the staff was great, including by the trainee who was friendly throughout. The chicken was done to good standards as expected. The drink switch to Milo was at a reasonable top up. Thank you 🙏🏻 The inside was a bit smoky though.
