Ordered a regular size Latte at $4.90. good price considering the location and it is a double shot espresso. Coffee is more on the cocoa based. Quite well balanced. Cup comes with a lid that has a flap that can really prevent spillage in case u want take it away. Nice and thoughtful design. Service could have been more warm at least.

Consistently slow from past experiences. So I ordered my drink via the app when I reached Orchard station, I even went to popmart, I reached the store my drink wasn't even ready for pick up! I went to the pick up area and saw it was not there yet so I sat down, but the store was empty the staff was just standing there so I decided to go over again. TURNS OUT MY DRINK WAS READY BUT HE FORGOT ABOUT IT. THE DRINK WAS SITTING THERE. AND THE STAFF FINALLY PUT A LID INTO MY CUP AND JUST PLACED IT THERE WITHOUT SAYING ANYTHING! Btw my drink was sitting there without a lid for 15mins at least! It's not cold!

This outlet was a takeaway kind of setup. Purchased a Kenangan Latte via their self-serve kiosk (only option). Advertised on the home page as $4.90, but tries to sell you at $6 by default when i tapped in; had to navigate quite a bit to figure out what version of the drink costs $4.90. Opted for ‘Less’ sweet but the end result was still too sweet (can tell by the lingering aftertaste halfway into consumption). No explanations on the kiosk menu regarding what the fancy words for the options meant. Overall service experience was below average. 13 Aug ‘24 3pm++

One of the best coffees in Indonesia but the taste as compared to the Singapore shop is way different. Indonesian shop, their coffee is way smoother and the flavour is stronger as compared to Singapore which does not have much coffee taste and is expensive for a cup of medium size. Price cannot compare to Indonesia price, but if SG retail shop is selling expensive, as least make the coffee same or even better than the one sold originally in Indonesia.
