Dean was recommended to me 10 years ago when I first moved to SG. Having lived and worked in Europe, he is very experienced dealing with blonde (and wavy) hair so I feel I am in great hands. I'm always happy with the colour he does. Dean is very warm and friendly and listens to what you want. I'd highly recommend coming to see him at Kelture.

I had an excellent experience at Kulture Hair Studio. My partner recommended Jason after she had extensions put in that she absolutely loved, and I’m glad I took her advice. Jason was thoughtful in explaining what would suit me best, and the results of my haircut and perm turned out amazing. The whole process felt professional yet personal, and I left really happy with the look. If I’m ever in Singapore again, I’ll make sure to wait and get my haircut here. Highly recommend!

I had such a great experience here! My hair was very messy and curly. Huge thanks to Mr Kelvin, Mr. Augustin and Ting Yi. They transformed it into a smooth, silky style that I absolutely love. They recommended the best style for me, and I fully trust their professional advice. The service was affordable, and they were so kind throughout the whole process. Been visiting Kelture for many years. Kelvin and Augustine are one of the most reliable creative directors. They have never failed me, knowledgeable in the hair products and colours. They know exactly the hairstyle and colour to suit the face shape and skin tone. Just did my haircut, perm and colour.

I had a great experience at this salon! The environment was nice, clean, and cozy, making me feel right at home. Chew was so sweet and attentive, ensuring that I was comfortable and happy with every step of the process all whilst I was making a drastic change to the length and colour of my hair. Highly recommend!
