I been working in here for like more than 10 years. And today staff ask me i can only seat there if i order there food. Sadly i cant as they serve pork. I find it rude as i was seating there first halfway eating my meal( not from them) then theres ither people who just seat there some foodcourt staff and other customer i dont think eating their food. But only me were ask that way i find it rude. Its not that busy and not really a long queue. And its never really a busy. Most of the time i see them themselves seat at the table and eat. I know theres a sign reserve but i guess its only fair to seat when its not busy rather than empty. Only when i seat there then they have a crowd. Empty tables means one thing food not nice. But i guess i wouldnt know i dont eat their food. Please lah next time be nice to people especially staffs in ion we all tired and only got 20mins to eat. Dont treat us like dogs. I am human tell me nicely. The way you stare so scary.

$14 for this is too expensive. $1.50 for steamed rice without sauce by default.
Service was non existent. Stall simply used fingers to point and direct customers cannot even use his voice to say this is mine or this is another customer
Duck was not good. Would not return

to any tourist who wants better roasted meat, can visit any other hawker stalls and get better tasting roasts at a better value. personally recommend laifaba and Ya Zhong roasted meat at Maxwell food centre. i don’t understand how this $12 roasted duck and meat rice is justifiable. probably the hong kong version deserves the michelin star but definitely not in sg.

Noodles tasteless as if missing condiments or sauce. Meat was dry and also bland. Soup was similarly tasteless. For the exorbitant price and the famous name. One would expect better. Atmosphere spoilt by bad food.

We ordered 1 plate of roast duck with roast pork rice and 1 plate of chicken with bbq pork noodle. Food is fine but not fantastic. However, the cashier/ order system needs to be improved because staff taking the order & giving queue number doesn’t update when the food is ready. Food is served on adjacent counter with no queue system. Staff preparing the food told me that I have queued for my food which I do understand. What is the point of having a number display which doesn’t work or staff doesn’t follow ? Staff needs to be trained and needs to follow proper system in order to give a better customer experience.
I doubt I will visit the Kam Roast outlet at Ion again.

Visited Kam’s Roast at ION today at 11am and had a fantastic experience! The roast duck was absolutely delicious—tender, juicy, and full of flavour. What stood out even more was the excellent service. The staff were attentive and friendly. It’s rare to find both great food and great service in a food court setting but Kam’s Roast delivers on both. Highly recommended!

Flavourful roast duck coupled with their signature sauce. Compared to its HK outlet specialising in goose, the duck and sauce comes quite close. This is the healthier and less greasy version.
Order the lower quarter parts (thigh/drumstick) if you miss the HK Kam’s roast. The roast duck is well marinated to the bone, fat is full of flavour and skin is crisp! Choose the breast if you prefer boneless - it’s still quite moist and tender.

Kam's Roast Express Ion offers a delightful experience with its flavorful roast duck. The taste is exceptional, making it well worth the long queue. Each bite of the succulent, perfectly roasted duck showcases their culinary expertise.
Despite the wait, the quality of the food makes it a rewarding experience. The queue itself is a testament to its popularity and the deliciousness that awaits. If you're a fan of roast duck, Kam's Roast Express Ion is definitely worth the visit. The wait is justified by the mouthwatering taste and satisfying meal you’ll enjoy.

The food is definitely delicious and full of flavour!
Ive been here multiple times!
Recommended, recommended, highly recommended!!!
Portion size is huge, the place and food is clean, many seats available because they are in a food court, the services provided by these gentlemen is great.

Broad menu. The 4 Treasures is a good pick. I ordered takeaway which adds SGD 1.00. Great flavour. Portion size ok for the price but this outlet is within ION and so that's expected. I would recommend.
