Despite entering the shop at other outlets multiple times thinking that I will just see and leave, this time I left with 5 items because Ms April approached me the moment I entered and inform me about the ongoing promotion. She was very patient and passionate in assisting me like actively finding new pieces and helping me pick the right size. She allowed me to shop and look around in my own time without pushing me and following me around. Good job on the great customer service! Thank you Ms April, I enjoyed your service and it was nice to meet you (:

I rarely write reviews, but I wanted to commend Nicole for her excellent service. My friends and I walked into the store around 9:40 PM, close to closing time, but Nicole welcomed us warmly and took the time to explain the ongoing promotions. Even though it was late, she remained patient and let us browse without pressure. Her friendly demeanor and warm smile made the shopping experience truly enjoyable.

Great range of earrings, necklaces and rings to choose from, yet easy to form sets of the same design. Nicole was very helpful in recommending the designs that would be suitable for the recipients i had in mind. She was attentive, patiently answered all my queries while allowing me to take my time to browse.

I went in to browse and was warmly greeted by one of the sales assistants, April. She was incredibly helpful, assisting me with selecting and trying on items while also recommending some designs. I really appreciate her patience and accommodating approach.

Easy to shop in. The shop assistants gave me enough time to choose my items. Love the jewellery. It has a range of jewellery that I like from the every day to the super bling.

Quality is quite a miss- ring tarnished in 2 days. Bought a ring, took out when I washed my hands and barely sweat while wearing. Yet, Ring tarnished in 2 days. Saw one other review saying that her Jewelry tarnished under one week. Nevertheless Service is great
