Staffs at the store were very experienced and friendly. Allowed me to try on different types of bags before making a recommendation. Very satisfied with my purchase and will definitely come back again to buy/sell or trade in my bags

Worst retail experience ever. I went to the shop on 25 December, intending to sell/trade in my 3 bags (two Gucci and 1 YSL) and a new pair of Hermes shoes. Once I entered the store, one of the salesgirl commented “huh shoes ah?” and sniggered that the Gucci bag is red. Not only did she make such unprofessional comments, her judgment in the pricing of shoes was also made poorly. She quoted that the shoes would only cost $200 just because it’s second-hand regardless of the condition (obviously the condition is good since it was never worn before). Even another shop before this quoted the shoes to be $600. So beware of this shop because of their lousy attitude and unscrupulous practices. Save your time by visiting another shop.
