The pride of Philippines available in sunny Singapore and halal certified! This outlet is extremely popular as it is a mini Philippines with many Filipinos hanging out here. The restaurant is big and comfortable indoors. Orders are done via a self service kiosk. Other than being true to the menu they also incorporate some local flair exclusive dishes to the Lion island. Consistency is similar to the Philippines in terms of taste

Extremely disappointed with my recent order from Jollibee. I ordered the chicken meal expecting mashed potatoes, but they gave me some random sauce instead — no explanation, no substitution notice, nothing. Then came the real shocker: the chicken was SOAKED in oil. I literally used an entire tissue just to drain ONE piece and it was still dripping! Absolutely disgusting. On top of that, the chicken was mostly bone — barely any meat. Total waste of money. This is unacceptable for a brand like Jollibee. Get your quality control in check!

Jollibees at Lucky Plaza was so good, I forgot to take a picture of my food so you get a receipt of my order and a couple of empty boxes of coco pineapple pies. Food came out fast, it was delicious and the room was nice and cold! I really appreciated that after walking in the humid heat. I’ll come back for more later! I enjoyed the coconut pineapple pie a lot!

The place always crowded, it's hard to find an empty table while you have to que for order and pick up foods. The service quite fast, no need to wait too long. And they prepare it well, no mistake. The food is delicious. Not that very delicious but it makes you wanna come back again. Love their fried chicken and spagetti.

Pretty big outlet in the Og location of Lucky Plaza. However, service is relatively slow in this outlet as compared to others. Took about 20 mins to get my order and they even ran out of spicy chicken at 6pm. Chicken is well fried and crispy though. Overall, an okay experience at this outlet.

In the middle of hungry night I ordered 2 chicken, beef burger and a COKE. But what I got? 2 spaghetti, 2 sprite, beef burger and chicken nuggets. Thats not how it works even thou what you sent seems more expensive than what i paid but I dont like it and can’t eat it. I dont like pasta n chicken nuggets even sprites. Whats more ridiculous is grab just refund the food cost which is $12.50, meanwhile i paid for $19.36 for the deliveree fee. So ridiculous that i still have to pay $7 for the food I can’t even eat and for the Jolibee mistake!! What a clumsy employees you have!!!

Always love their fried chicken, but our order is served not hot today Love the spacious and they have hand washing area. Good to have self-order machines, but some words are hidden it's difficult for someone who are not familiar with the menu.

Ordered the best-selling combo! The fried chicken was crispy on the outside, and the dip was so tasty. The spaghetti was sweet and delicious — loved it from the very first bite! Lots of Filipino girls and kids dine here, so it must be very authentic. The only downside is that it’s quite smoky inside. Will be back, for sure 😋😋😋keep up the Jolli!
